If your web site downtime
is more than a cumulative 3.6 hours (99.5%) per month, we will
credit the amount of downtime
over 3.6 hours to your next quarter hosting fees. Downtime
is referred to as our network equipment being down. We do
not possess control over the Internet; therefore we cannot
guarantee that you will be able to access your site due to
circumstances beyond our control. We guarantee that our network
will be up and functioning 99.5% of the time per month. We
feel a safety net of .5% each month allows us time for repairs
and unforeseen events that may arise.
In order to receive your credit you must do
the following:
1) Document your web site downtime in writing.
2) Have your web site downtime verified.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We invite you to try our service for a full
30 days. If at any point during that initial 30 days you are
unsatisfied with
our service, or you feel our hosting plans don't meet your
needs simply send an email with a brief explanation and we
will refund you in full, whether you pre-ordered a month, 6
months or even a full year. Cancellations under
guarantee will be charged for bandwidth used in excess of 1GB
at our current bandwidth rates.
Set-up fees are non refundable.
These uptime guarantees only
apply to all accounts in good financial standing.
What is not covered?
Obviously there are times when you may not be
able to reach your site, but this will not be due to our network
or servers.
You may have local ISP or other Internet problems. These are
not included in our uptime guarantee because we have no control
over these events. Also credits cannot be claimed for sites
that are unavailable due to bad or inefficient code.
Credits
Should your Site Availability fall below the following figures, the following
credits will apply to your account.

The maximum credit available in any one month is equal to your
monthly hosting fee. Only one application may be made per month.
How to Claim
Please detail the times you believe your website
was unavailable and send them at the end of the calendar month.
We will check
these times with our stats and logs files in order to confirm
your downtime. All applications for credit must be received
within 14 days of the end of the month.
