CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your account, you may either use our online cancellation request form by logging onto your account, or cancel via telephone. Only the domain name owner or billing contact/credit cardholder may cancel an account. Cancellations are effective upon the date specified by the authorized contact. Dedicated server and enterprise accounts are not eligible for a refund of first month billing and must provide 30-day advance notice for cancellations. All other cancellations must be submitted 7 days before next billing date. Partial months are not prorated. You will be charged for the full current months hosting. Quarterly and annual prepay customers are liable for setup fees upon early cancellation. Set-up fees are not refundable unless your cancellation is under the terms of our up-time guarantee. Set-up fees are not refundable after 30 days. Refunds: Annual Accounts: Because these billing cycles receive a discount, refunds will be calculated based upon the amount of time the service was in use, that period of time will then be charged at the normal monthly rate. Multiplying the number of months hosted by the monthly rate and deducting that amount from the annual prepaid amount will calculate the refund. The balance will be refunded to you less any outstanding charges owed. Annual discounts will not be applied to early cancellations. The setup fee will be charged to your account. Payments received by credit card will be refunded by crediting the credit card account used to make the payment. Payments made by check, cash, money order or bank wire transfer will be refunded by check. Our refund terms are net 30-days from closure of account.
