Microsoft Entourage

Entourage is the Email client that ships with Microsoft Office. It provides access to Hotmail and Exchange servers in addition to standard POP and IMAP mail. Official user guides and getting started guides can be found online.

To set-up Entourage for our servers enter the appropriate information in the corresponding fields.

The name you would like to call the account.

Your Name.

Your Email address.

Your account ID (the portion of your email address that appears before the @ symbol.

The incoming mail server is : mail.macosxhosting.com

Your password.

The SMTP server is: smtp.macosxhosting.com

Go to "Click here for advanced sending options". Check off "SMTP server requires authentication", make sure "use same settings as receiving mail server" is highlighted.
